1. Contacting In The Frame (Manchester) LTD.

1.1 The full name of our company is In The Frame (Manchester) LTD.

1.2 Our trading address is 58 Ashfield Road, Sale, Cheshire, M33 7DT.

2. Information We Collect From Your Computer, or Store On Your Computer

2.1 If you are to place an order on picture-framing.com we will need to collect some personal information, including your full name, address, email address and phone number.

2.2 We will need to collect your credit or debit card information in order to take payment for your order.

2.2.1 We will store your credit or debit card information in encrypted format on our secure servers in the UK.
2.2.2 Your credit or debit card details are stored using 2048 bit EV SSL Security with AES-256 256 bit encryption. Our checkout features Green Bar security, verified by a green bar in your computers browser.

2.3 Your name, address, phone number and email address will be saved on our secure database. Without this information we would not be able to process or ship your order. You may request for a copy of any information held on you at any time by writing to us.

2.4 We collect information about your computer for development purposes, this information includes your I.P address, your browser type and version, your operating system and referring URL. None of this information can identify you personally.

2.5 We will be placing cookies in your cookies folder whilst you are on our web site. Cookies allow us to save information temporarily, such as items you add to your basket. Without this, you will not be able to place items in our basket. To recognise you if you return to our web site we may open these cookies at a later date.

2.6 We will not pass any of your details on to third parties, other than our couriers, who will need your delivery information for a successful delivery. Our current couriers are Interlink Express, but we may change at any time.

2.7 We will store your credit or debit card details for processing. Our finance department will process your payment within 48 hours of receiving your order, or when your order is dispatched, whichever is sooner.

2.7.1 We will not dispatch any order that has not been paid for in full.

 

3. Our Contact With You

3.1 We may need to contact you in case of a question regarding your order, you agree for us to contact you by phone and email if you place an order with us.

3.2 We may occasionally send out discount vouchers via email for future purchases with us.

4. Pricing & Payment Processing

4.1 All goods on this web site are priced in GBP, Great British Pounds, and are all exclusive of VAT and delivery.

4.2 Full delivery costs are calculated and shown when you add an item to your basket.

4.3 Price and availability may change without notice.

4.4 We reserve the right to cancel an order at any stage if there have been any errors or mistakes with pricing.

 

5. Dispatch and Delivery

5.1 We aim to manufacture and dispatch made to measure frames within 3 – 7 working days.

5.1.1 If you have an urgent requirement, please contact us and we will try our best to help. If for any reason timescale can not be honored you will be kept informed.

5.2 Priority delivery service will add your order to the front of the manufacturing queue. We aim to dispatch your priority order within 1 working day of receiving your order, however we can not guarantee next day dispatch.

5.3 You must select the correct delivery option in the basket before checkout. The options are Standard Next Day Delivery, Scottish Highlands, UK Isles & Northern Ireland. If you do not select the correct delivery option, you will automatically be charged for the correct delivery option. For example, if you are on the Isle of Man, and select Standard Next Day Delivery, you will be charged for the UK Isles delivery automatically. By placing your order and agreeing to these terms and conditions, you give us your consent to charge your debit or credit card with the additional delivery costs related to your delivery address.

 

6. Out Of Stock Frames

6.1 We have systems in place to remove frames from our website that are low, or out of stock, to stop orders being placed on out of stock frames. In the unlikely event that you place an order for a frame that is out of stock, we will contact you as soon as we can to arrange an alternative frame.

 

7. Returns and Cancellations

7.1 We take great care in ensuring that your items get to you in perfect condition. Occasionally, mishaps can happen and we guarantee you that we will do our very best to resolve the situation amicably and that you are totally satisfied with your purchase.

7.2 The vast majority of goods for sale on our web site fall into the category of custom made products (personalised or made to order), including all picture frames. Where these products have been supplied correctly, we are not able to offer any exchanges or refunds.

7.3 Where an order for a custom made product has entered production and work has commenced, we will be unable to cancel the order.

7.4 By placing your order with www.Picture-Framing.com you agree to the returns and cancellations policy described in this document.

7.5 If your goods are damaged in transit or faulty, please notify us within 3 days. Please keep all the packaging materials until you are satisfied with the goods and we will arrange to have the item(s) returned at our expense. You will be given the option to have the product replaced at no charge on a convenient date.

7.6 Any goods being returned must have a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN), gained by contacting us via email.

7.7 Any goods returned without an RAN number will be held for 3 months from date of receipt. During that time you will have the option for us to return the goods at your expense, or arrange for a collection.

7.8 It may take up to 10 working days to process any refunds, once our finance department has issued a refund the time taken it dependent upon your bank’s processing times. We will only issue refunds to the card you originally paid with on our website.

 

8. Disclaimers & Liabilities

8.1 Whilst we attempt to be as accurate as possible with the information on our web site there is always risk of human error and we cannot be held liable for any inaccuracies arising as a result. We will use all reasonable endeavors to correct errors and omissions as quickly and as practical as possible. We may cancel or refuse any order for any reason, giving a full refund on cancellation.

8.2 Please be aware that the content of this web site shows material finish and colours as accurately as possible. However, batches of material can vary in all respects, as does the colour calibration and quality of computer monitors. For these reasons, if exact colour, material or other specification is important to you we suggest you contact us prior to placing your order as we can not accept responsibility after the goods have been delivered. Please be aware that the front face and sides of our frames are in the style and design shown on our product images. The back of our frames are natural wood and have no finish.

8.3 We offer the option to purchase brown sealing tape as an extra. If you do not wish to purchase sealing tape, the back of our frames will be sealed using flexible pins, which you can bend over the back board to hold your picture in place. We recommend purchasing sealing tape to protect your image from dust and moisture, and to add to the visual finish of your frame.

8.4 We will not under any circumstances be liable for any loss as a result of the incorrect supply, late delivery, accidental misrepresentation or any other reason whatsoever whether avoidable or not.

8.5 Our web site may contain links to external web sites. We shall not be held responsible for the availability of, or the content located on or through any external web site, nor for any transactions between you and such sites.

9. Drag & Drop Multi Mount System

8.1 We will cut your apertures / windows approx 4mm smaller than requested to make sure you have the perfect fit and your artwork doesn’t fall through the windows.

8.2 We may change the sizes of borders and inside borders, based upon your design. We will do this to make sure your mount looks correct, and to make sure any of the borders are not too thin to support its own weight.
