Delivery & Manufacture Information

We manufacture every frame to order here in the UK. Manufacturing each frame ensures that your artwork will be a perfect fit, every time. If you were to take your artwork to a picture framing shop, you would usually be waiting around 3 – 4 weeks for your frames to be manufactured. We are one of the quickest manufacturing online picture framers in the UK. Our current manufacturing a delivery times are detailed below.

Please note that delivery times are from the time of dispatch and not from the time of order.

One Hour Time Slots

Our couriers, Interlink Express, will allocate a one hour time slot for your delivery. If for any reason this time slot is not convenient for you, you can easily re-arrange this with Interlink Express. We currently only offer one hour time slots for residents of Mainland UK. We require that all orders are signed for upon delivery. If you leave your mobile number when placing your order with us, we will send you a text message containing your one hour time slot, which you can reply to if you want to re-arrange your delivery. If you have not left a mobile number, we will email you your one hour time slot. All notifications are sent on the morning of delivery.

Tracking Your Orders

There are several ways to track the status of your order. The easiest way is using our online order tracker, by clicking here. Simply enter your email address and surname and a list of your recent orders will be displayed, showing its current status. The order statuses are very simple. New Order, In Progress, Awaiting Packaging, Dispatched. You can also track the status of your order by calling us on 0843 289 1044 during business hours. Alternativly, you can send an email to tracking@picture-framing.com, make sure you include your order number and we will respond with an update within a few hours.

Delivery outside of Mainland UK

You must select the correct delivery option relating to your location when placing your order with us. If you are located in Scotland, UK Isles or Northern Ireland and do not select the correct delivery option in the checkout, you will automatically be charged for the correct delivery costs. This charge will show on your statement at a different time up to 4 weeks from placing your order with us. By placing your order with picture-framing.com, you agree to these terms and give us the consent to re-charge your credit or debit card with the correct delivery charges.
