Our Opening Hours
We are open 7 days a week to ensure that your frames are manufactured and dispatched to you as fast as possible. Our customer services phone line is not open on Weekends, and our emails will only be replied to on week days. Please feel free to call in to see us any day of the week if you live near by. We have lots of frames on display if you wanted to take a closer look at our range.

If you would like to send us a letter, you may do so via post to the address below. We will respond as soon as possible. For a faster method of contacting us, please call us, or send us an email. If you are returning a sample, you may also post to the address below. If you live near by, you may collect your frames from the address below, after giving us prior notice of your visit.

Our phone line is open Monday – Saturday during business hours. If you phone outside of our opening times our answering machine will take a message. We will respond to all messages as soon as possible. Calls are charged at approx 4 pence per minute from a BT landline. Calls from mobiles may be more. Calls may be recorded.
